Pastor Nathan leads our congregation to love God and our community through his preaching, teaching and outreach events. With his background of science, Pastor Nathan often intertwines science concepts and experiments to help teach us more about God.
Pastor Jon White
Adult Ministries
Pastor Jon coordinates our adult ministries which consist of men and women ministries as well as our small groups. He also fills in and preaches in churches in the Southwest part of the state. Jon and Mary Jane have two children Ethan and Macee.
Pastor Faithe Haeck
Connections Ministries
Pastor Faithe loves connecting with new visitors and helping them feel welcome. She also directs the daycare, Turning Point Academy, at the church. Her and Nathan have two children, Emma and Timothy.
Pastor Fernando Alvarez
Punto Decisivo
Pastor Fernando is the pastor of our Hispanic church. The church meets in our fellowship hall on Sunday mornings at 10:45. They have a vibrant, growing congregation. Fernando and Sarai have 4 children.
Pastor Choiseul Orebaugh
Children Ministries
Pastor Choiseul has been the children's pastor for 10 years. She has a passion to help children know the love of Jesus and who He can be in their lives. She is married to her husband Jeff. They have an adult daughter and a teenage son.
Pastor Jim Shellenberger
Scott City New Beginnings
Pastor Jim is the campus pastor of our church in Scott City. He is bi-vocational, also serving as a teacher in the school district. He has daughter in high school and a son in elementary school. He loves sports and Jesus!
Pastor Bethany Howard
Youth Ministries
Pastor Bethany has a huge amount of love and energy for the youth of our church. She plans and leads Sunday morning, Wednesday night and activities throughout the week as well as our youth leadership team. She is the mom to three amazing children and wife to Casey.
Pastor Troy Unruh
Worship Ministries
Pastor Troy leads our church into worship every Sunday. He along with our praise band and praise team do an excellent job of helping our congregation to focus their minds and hearts on God as we hear from Him through the sermon. Troy and Brenda have raised four children who love God and each other!
Jeff Crist
Recovery Ministries
Jeff along with his wife, Dallas, lead our recovery ministries. They work as a team counseling couples in marriage, leading people through the grief process and fill in around the church as needed. They also lead a couple of our small groups. Jeff and Dallas have 4 children and several grandchildren whom they adore!
Brenda Unruh
Outreach Ministries
Brenda leads our outreach events in our community throughout the year. She has a heart for those who don't know Jesus yet and is always looking for ways to help our congregation reach them. She and Troy are an awesome team, working together to serve Jesus and build His kingdom together.
Teresa Crouch
Office Administrator
Teresa manages the office and keeps all of our ministries running smoothly. She is an invaluable asset to our staff and congregation. She is married to David, has three children and several grandchildren.
Matt Fields
Nazarene Youth International
Matt is the president of our youth group and represents our teens in our denomination and Kansas district. He joins Pastor Bethany in teaching and leading activities of our youth.
Edgar Hinojos
Nazarene Missions International
Edgar is the president of our missions department. He plans mission trips for our church and the Kansas district both in the states and abroad. Edgar represents our church on the district level in missions.
Stacy Geil
Nazarene Discipleship International
Stacy is the coordinator of our discipleship groups. She trains our teachers, leads our Nazarene Discipleship board, and also teaches both adult and children classes. Stacy represents our church on the district level in discipleship.
